• Collect and share practices and experiences on licensing and legislation concerning seaweed farming in the Baltic Sea countries and in Western Europe

Outcome of the meeting: 

• An increased understanding on how seaweed farming in the Baltic Sea is currently regulated and how it should be regulated in the future
• Based on the findings, a draft report will be produced on possible developments in standardizing licensing and environmental assessments in the region………………..
