On the first day the topic of transnational governance to address the Mediterranean macroplastics
challenge through innovation will be debated.
On the second day the 2nd co-design workshop to design the MedIA-SSBE will be held. In this 2nd
workshop we will explore how the MedIA can be structured and relate to other existing
networks/initiatives, through a collaborative process that will lead to collectively identify possible
options for the governance structure of the Mediterranean Innovation Alliance for Sustainable Blue
Bioeconomy.
The workshop will be held in Barcelona hosted by CREDA at the Universitat Politècnica de
Catalunya (UPC) premises. Campus Nord, UPC, Barcelona
